• PLC system design, development and commissioning:

  • Over 600 conveyor elements (over 15K-sm² spread over 5 floors, direct link to the production lines)

  • Various factory floor elements (9 pallet elevators, 8 shuttles, 4 pallet exchangers, contour checks, etc.)

  • Link to external vendors devices (5 dual LHD S/R machines, automatic layer picker 

  • Telegram based interface with existing ERP (SAP-EWM) 

 

• Control center’s HMI design development and commissioning: 

  • Multi client HMI - WinCC based, web navigator enabled

  • Complete coverage of material flow from production output to distribution pick-up

  • Various customer specific tailored s/w adaptions
