Automated conveying system for distribution of variable size cartons directly from incoming containers to a variety of warehouse real time destinations spread upon 5 floors over long distances

 

• Lead design of:

  • ERP interface (custom TCP/IP telegram based protocol)

  • Barcode handling (incoming barcode with no predefined location, apply and match new internal label)

 

• Customized controls s/w (conveyors, applicators, pullers, pushers, TCP/IP com protocol)

 

• Material flow server (high speed ERP/PLC communication, HMI web service based backend)

 

• Innovative PC based HMI (hierarchal multi user interface, “smart client” technology)
